  • I forgot my password...
    • Click the 'forgot password' button on the login page, enter your email address and click Submit. A temporary password will then be emailed to you.

 

  • How much is the alarm registration fee?
    • There will be an initial registration (permit) fee of $50 that will be applied to your water utility bill, the annual renewal fee is $48 and will automatically be applied to your water utility bill. If you do not have a water utility bill with the city then an invoice will be sent out to you with instructions for payment. 
    • If you have a Permit only (not monitored directly by University Park) there is a $4/month charge.
    • If you have Direct Alarm Monitoring by University Park with App there is a $32/month charge.
    • If you have Direct Alarm Monitoring by University Park without App there is a $25/month charge.

 

  • My alarm company is not listed...
    • Scroll down and select 'None of the above' from the drop down.

 

  • How does the expiration date work... I don't understand the annual count date...
    • Your annual count date begins with your original alarm permit registraion date and resets every year on that date.

 

Fee Schedule for False Alarms

  • 1 to 3 False Burglary Alarms* - No fee
  • 4 to 5 False Burglary Alarms* - $50.00 fee per alarm
  • 6 to 7 False Burglary Alarms* - $75.00 fee per alarm
  • 8 or more False Burglary Alarms* - $100.00 fee per alarm

(*in the preceding twelve (12) month period)

The City reserves the right to revoke an alarm permit for more than eight (8) false alarms in a twelve (12) month period.
